Top local musicians band together this Sunday, to help keep Heather Waters walking.   Julian Bach, The Akelian Circus, Craig Vee, Ruan, Jesse Jordan Band, and the infamous Akkedis, are set to combine talents in support of singer-songwriter Heather Waters as she battles peripheral neuropathy.
